   The NYT has a set of wonderful recipes up, including a “Georgian pomegranate chicken” recipe with tamarind that looks awesome.

   Heh. Every time I see a date in the 5000+ year Jewish calendar, I always feel like I’m in one of those far future science fiction space operas waiting for an audience with the Galactic Empress.

   “In the year AD 5771, Space Ranger Love sets out on perilous mission on which the fate of humanity hinges!”

   Must be nice having nearly 6,000 years of history. It certainly grants some perspective.
