    … decorate for Christmas, at Chicagoboyz.

    A certain resident in our neighborhood has chosen to decorate for the season with this interesting and iconoclastic holiday theme. For what reason, we know not.

    Later addition, for Tatyana – a proper San Antonio snow man…

      I’d venture a guess – by the same principle behind othercharacters, from Mr&Mrs Klaus to wooden soldiers in Prussian uniform to Nutcrackers to Randy the Reindeer: they all are fictional. Possibly, also – they all represent presents, in various forms.

      Love the silver fur trees on the semi-green lawn…

      Wait until you see a San Antonio snow man, Tatyana. We did have snow last winter, and some neighborhood children did manage to be traditional with it.

      It’s almost like Christmas in the Caribbean…giant plastic snowflakes among palms.
