    As a follow up to this post about the proposed San Francisco gun ban, I would like to direct your attention to this link at Blog O’ Stuff. It lists the percentage of adults that have been issued CCW licenses in “Shall Issue” states.

      Conneticut and Washington are surprising. Who woulda thought.

      I think you have to interpret this information loosely, because conditions vary so much between states. Some states, like Ohio, have only had CCW for a short period. In other states, like Arizona, the CCW numbers may be misleadingly low because some people carry openly (no permit required) and aren’t on the books.
