    That fruit looks intact. An intentional still life? Or is it that damn bike bag again, the one that cost you the avocados?

    Neither. It was just sitting there. Too good to pass up, photographically speaking.

    Did you salvage it after the photo?

    That would be a decent fruit salad, all cut up.

    You’d need to eat it right away, before the apples turned brown, though if you had a lemon at home to juice the apples first, that would not be so bad.

    Ha. No, some of it was spoiling and I left it. I passed by the next day and it was all gone. Anyway I’m not eager to eat found food if I don’t have to.
