		<description>I think Chicago is a bit short of 3 million.  We peaked at almost 5 million but then everyone fled during the 60&#039;s until Chicago was on a trend down towards Cleveland or Detroit.  But then we have stabilized since then and leveled off.

Chicago was crazy now and I needed to put cotton in my ears for all the celebrating.</description>
