    Anyway, if we weren’t supposed to eat animals, why are they made of meat?

      It is a good joke but a poor argument. People are made of meat too.

      I originally heard it as a Jack Handeyism and it was more religious:

      “If God didn’t want us to eat animals, why did he make them out of meat?”

      It adds a nice dimension I think.
