    An acquaintance of mine had a t-shirt with almost that identical slogan on the back: “Our days begin when your days end”. The front had the New Jersey state seal and the words State Homicide Investigation Team.

    I always assumed it was fake, but never actually tried to pin him down on it.

    I always assumed it was fake…

    Now where would be the fun in that?

    Well, I suppose we could be charitable and assign the sentiment to one held by people who work the night shift i.e. their work day begins in the evening.
