I laughed out loud on the train when I read this quote:

Which tiny mind in his campaign came up with that one? Or was it the candidate himself? Who do you vote for if you want to live like a Democrat?

To paraphrase an old investment adage: If you want to make a small fortune, start with a large one and vote for the Democrats.

Famous Truman quote, which Truman used all the time in his campaigning for President. Gephardt’s just using it.
Kind of like Kerry borrowing an ancient joke and repeating it all the time.
