    Seth points out differences in the ways in which different legal scholars characterize arguments that challenge conventional legal wisdom. Worth reading.

      Surely people were told in secondary school that a sneer is not an argument?

      Or maybe those chaps were being whimsical, as evidenced by their citing some purported author with the Wodehousian name “Zephyr Teachout”.

      Though Wodehouse would surely have called her “Zephyr Anstruther-Tyeachoute”.
