Seems safe to assume the guy who put his hard earned rubles into this contraption hasn’t completely bought into the the predictions of our impending doom from global warming
Bill, the video journalist says the contraption is offered for Far North regions, particularly to fishermen and hunters, to get into the most difficult to reach rural places, and that it was designed in Chelyabinsk – place where you could believe in impending AGW only after a 6-pack of vodka…
