The traditional topping for key lime pie to me is a meringue. I am not that big of a fan of meringue, so I whip my own cream. Again, so easy just about anybody can do this.

His original blog post and recipe can be found here and I basically followed it to the number. There are a couple of minor variations, and I took some photos of the process. So lets begin.
