In another matter, Dave Barry once wrote about using various clever methods to keep your food safe from racoons when camping. These always failed, since the racoons watched you via CCTV camera from their underground bunkers. Or, apparently, from their treetop “duck blinds”.

Can’t get rid of the raccoons here in Ohio. I live in Columbus, the capital city, and when I took the dogs for a walk an hour ago we saw three of them.
‘Course, I take them down a wooded ravine. That’s prime beach front condo property to a raccoon.
