The English people and their government have been the greatest of friends to the US during the last few years. Today terrorists attacked London with a series of bomb attacks. If you’re interested in finding out what’s going on, as well as read some first hand accounts by bloggers, then Glenn has the skinny.
You can contact the British Embassy if you’d like to voice your support. There’s not much any of us can do right now, but that’s a great start. Let them know that they aren’t alone.

Like Ace says they probably don’t need a great deal of support, but it certainly will do some good.

This all makes me think of the Royal Navy’s prayer:
O Eternal Lord God,
who alone spread’st out the heavens,
and rulest the raging of the sea;
who has compassed the waters with bounds
until day and night come to an end;
be pleased to receive into Thy almighty and most gracious protection
the persons of us Thy servants,
and the Fleet in which we serve.
Preserve us from the dangers of the sea,
and from the violence of the enemy;
that we may be a safeguard unto our most gracious Sovereign Lady,
Queen Elizabeth,
and her Dominions,
and a security for such as pass upon the seas upon their lawful occasions;
that the inhabitants of our Commonwealth may in peace and quietness
serve Thee our God;
and that we may return in safety
to enjoy the blessings of the land,
with the fruits of our labours,

Thanks very much chaps. The actual money will almost certainly be spent in Darfur, as the London NHS pretty much had it covered, but the sentiment is much appreciated.
