Some Chicago Boyz know each other from student days at the University of Chicago. Others are Chicago boys in spirit. The blog name is also intended as a good-humored gesture of admiration for distinguished Chicago School economists and fellow travelers.
So Michael Moore’s latest “documentary” won the big prize at Cannes.
Not too surprising, considering that Cannes is in France.
Maybe I should make a muck-raking fantasy full of lies and half-truths. As long as I bash the current administration it’s sure to be a hit.

Wht don’t you turn that idea around 180 degrees. Produce an exaggerated, grain-of-truth style ‘documentary’ on France & the Chirac administration. Probably do pretty well in the States. Maybe even the entire Anglosphere. All we need is a catchy title….hmmmmmm.

“Stupid White Men” ? Oh wait, that’s already taken. (Got to give the guy credit for laying out the target audience right on the cover).
