Some Chicago Boyz know each other from student days at the University of Chicago. Others are Chicago boys in spirit. The blog name is also intended as a good-humored gesture of admiration for distinguished Chicago School economists and fellow travelers.

As usual, your photos are a good pick me up when I’me feeling stressed out or overworked. They always remind me of how much beauty there is in the world, both man made and natural…Living in Hawaii I’ve always wanted to do a photoblog, but I just never seem to have the time to get it started….
Chris, thanks for the kind words. I encourage you to set up your photoblog. It’s quick if you do it as a straight blog — i.e., post photos just like blog posts. You can always redo it or add features later.
