Most of the Bollywood offerings that I’ve come across always remind me of 1960’s American TV for some reason. When this clip started, I first thought I was watching a Man From U.N.C.L.E. episode. It became apparent that I was mistaken only because the dance number just kept going and Napoleon Solo didn’t wander in.

BTW, this clip is used in the movie Ghost World. Thora Birch’s character rocks out to a snippet of it in the beginning, and the song is used over the end credits. The DVD has the full clip as a bonus feature.
