Also, I wonder if they put the dog in the same place for everybody or put it in different places on the course to make it more interesting.

Does universal health care in Chile give the riders
(a) Confidence that they will be fixed up after any accidents, or
(b) The attitude to risk everything when young, because getting old is unlikely?
