How do I configure MT 2.63 so that the blog admin receives emailed notification of ALL comments (i.e., not just comments on his own posts)? If this can’t be done via MT’s menu I am interested in any workarounds, plug-ins or hacks.

I did a Google of ‘”MT” “email notification of all comments”‘ which got three responses.
The first of which looks like you might find it interesting.
I am not an MT user and when the version is included I got no hits.
I hope this will get you started.
