  1. Wow. So at 52 calories, 45 grams of sodium, 7 grams of carbs, 2 grams of fat and 5 grams of sugar … per cookie, type 2 diabetes can’t be far away.

    As a reformed sugar lover who came close I can tell you it’s difficult but quite possible to change your dietary habits. It took me about 6 weeks with a couple of pretty depressed weeks at the start.

    Now I have changed I have much more energy and my old pants fit again.
