This is very well done. My feelings are similar, based on similar experience, and I’m sure I’m not alone. It really isn’t a good idea to abuse your customers. People remember.
Not to mention that this is the company that gave us Maria Cantwell. I wish they would take her back.

“In August of 2000, Cantwell sold 110,000 shares of RealNetworks stock at about $44/share. By the end of the year the stock was selling for less than $9/share”
If that was a Republican, the cries of “insider trading” would be deafening
