Found at my local Asian market. Sometimes, accuracy in labeling isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. I must confess, however, that I have on more than one occasion told my children we were having “liquid chicken” for breakfast.

The hanji does not help much, all it says is “chicken extract”.
Just what did they extract from the chicken?
