    Yahoo! News/AP: “American Yoichiro Nambu of the University of Chicago won half of the prize for the discovery of a mechanism called spontaneous broken symmetry in subatomic physics.”

    We are great and we are grand … we make bombs beneath our stands!

      I can’t imagine how he did that, considering how insular the United States is. Maybe we are insular only in literature.

      Fortunately, the Nobel committees for the prizes other than Literature and Peace are not in thrall to political correctness.

      Jim, I have it on good authority that he did tests solely on American matter, so don’t lose hope.
