Maybe there is hope for a couple of my kids. Two are far left and one seems to be normalizing.

Looks as though that might be the case.
For some reason my iPhone won’t pick up the tweets even though I have the Twitter app. And the error said it had something to do with the browser. However when I was upstairs at the desktop I remember I think my favorite with the black college professor making $400,000 a year complaining how oppressed she was.
i’d be willing to bet that that movement is full of people like that
