Wow. That is way more urban than I remember that area, but that was in a previous millennium.
One set of my grandparents lived at 5701 Collins, the others were in the low 90s in Surfside.
I don’t recall there being very much between them.
You are doing it wrong. Street photography, which I kinda hate, is supposed to be B&W and that person is not blurry enough. ;)
