Look at this great comment at the Tribune:

Guess Chicago will have to rely on hard work and innovation for economic growth over the next decade.
Chicago should use that to become a ‘World Class City’ rather than sports gimmickry”
If Chicago had any kind of real opposition party, this would be a moment to make that case…..

Dan, it is good to know that if, God forbid, something awful were to happen to me, that there would be someone who can be trusted to post the appropriate Motorhead song to go with some newsworthy event.
Don’t think of it has being beaten to the punch, think of it as a valuable redundancy built into the blog.
