Good article by Thomas Sowell on Ralph Nader.

Sowell is consistantly f-ing great, and cuts to the point in a clear and well stated manner.
For the record, I still believe that Nader ducked out on the Third Party debates because he was afraid someone would actually point out the advocate has only rhetoric and fallacy to cloak himself with… Perhaps the best line to Nader would be:
“Sir, are you of the opinion that demagoguery and public advocacy are interchangeable? Because your method suggests one answer while your education and obvious intelligence suggest the other. Whatever your answer, I pray that the ninth circuit doesn’t take it upon themselves to regulate ignorant sophistry as ‘unsafe’, for I’d hate to see your content once labeled.”
