I had an amazing conversation past Saturday.
Went on a snowtubing trip, as it happened, alone (my friends were unavailable for that date); when entered the bus I sat in the random empty seat. Started talking to a guy next to me: Diego is from Peru, was brought to US at 10yo. grown and raised in Miami, ex-Marine who traveled the world and now lives in NY with his GF from Miami. He told me about many places and cities he’s been, and he said the country he loved the most is Israel, and in Israel – especially two cities: Haifa and Jerusalem. The most beautiful city, he said, all made of a stone that glows from within…
