There are much more quotes that deserve to be picked out for observation from the comment thread that follows the article;
– accusations that Ms.Burchill left Guardian because (alternatively)
1) she was refused a pay raise
2) she couldn’t hide her Anti-Islamic bias(!)
4) she lost her grip on profession, can’t churn entertaining articles no more and became bitter and vicious
Besides, apparently, she’s a former leftie out to score points with her new masters from the Right,
…and numerous others, too filthy to list.
Majority is signed by commenters with Jewish names, surely members of the group Ms.Burchill called “super-creepy Jews”.
Reading that thread does not inspire confidence in survival of human species in the very near future. The world is mad.
