That I have broken bread with Lexington Green on but two occasions. Both were highly interesting experiences for me. If you get a similar opportunity, I strongly recommend that you accept.

Sadly, I have only had the pleasure once. But I must concur, wholeheartedly.

Dinner with Lex is a treat, and even more so if the lovely and charming Mrs. Lex is present.

    3. Dan from Madison Says:

I hope someday to meet Lex as well.

    4. Lex Says:

Thank you, Mark. Likewise. That was a fun evening.

I am resisting the urge to shout “party at my house” solely due to my many pressing professional and personal commitments.

I do think a ChicagoBoyz-and-friends gathering in Chicago in 2008 is a good idea.

I’m always up for a free meal.

    6. Lex Says:

      “…free meal…” Ha.

As the citizens of River City sang in the Music Man:

“So what the heck? You’re welcome! Join us at the picnic! You can eat your fill of all the food you bring yourself.”

    7. Shannon Love Says:

      Lex,

Do not underestimate my freeloader-fu, grasshopper.

    8. Dan from Madison Says:

I agree on the get together for sometime in 2008, perhaps a Grant Park picnic may be in order.

    9. Jonathan Says:

      In the summer.

    10. Dan from Madison Says:

No Jonathan, I was thinking February.

    11. Jonathan Says:

An ice fishing outing? Dude, I’m there.

    12. Dan from Madison Says:

Saves money on buying ice for the beer.

    13. ElamBend Says:

Putting names to faces would be really cool. Especially for a lurker like me.
