carbohydrates: rice, bread, banana.Almost an overdose.
vegetables: not there, as far as I can tell.
I assume that “sarc” is implied.
Soup could add some vegetables. I had some blaah rice and beans or tortillas and beans plates in cafes in Latin America, but the soup was always tasty.
But menu says CHAR BROILED MEATS!!!
Where is CHAR BROILED MEATS???
