A post which I made some time back, featured my brother, who is widely known as less than knowledgeable when it comes to D.I.Y., as it took him three hours to work out how to operate an adjustable spanner!
The Vise Grip spanner was a foundation tool of my apprenticeship, and many more were seen in use throughout my years in industry!
Great post, and a great link.

I read about it in a discussion on photo.net
duct tape. Found at more crime scenes than any other human contrivance. Coincidence? I don’t think so Yes, all these prom gowns were made from Duck brand Duck Tape. I love the Mid-West.
Interesting story. Very interesting blog. I’m curious as to how it got started and how all of the contributors know each other…
It started as a one-person blog and grew by recruitment. A few of us knew each other before, others are Internet acquaintances. More info in the contributors page and archives.
Did you know that duct tape helps cure warts?
