Several of those were probably mine. I have to keep reminding myself to order through the portal, even if doesn’t show up in my browser.
Looking through these, I see some I know I ordered – but always order used if it is any cheaper. Is that how those would be recorded?
Thanks. These posts show everything that readers looked at, other than non-book/non-media products and the occasional porn title.
Not certain but I think used books are included.
“I think used books are included.”
Good. I buy quite a few used books. I just bought a “Physics for Engineers” book and its workbook. Got to keep Alzheimers at bay.
Always my favorite post as it exposes me to books I had never heard of. Next on my to do list ” They Thought They Were Free: The Germans, 1933-45″.
Thanks for the feedback.
I just finished Patrick Leigh Fermor’s 3 book series that starts with “A Time of Gifts”. The other books are “Between the Woods and the Water” and “The Broken Road”.
Wow, what great books! Highly recommended. The writing is terrific and demands your attention. I started keeping a small notepad listing the words I had to look up. Irredentist or Crapulous anyone?
Many times the writing is jaw-droppingly good. If you can find them, read them!
