Is that mustard? I’ve never heard of mustard on a tomato sandwich. Must be a Florida thing. Everything’s hotter in Florida!
The next layer was smoked salmon and capers. Very tasty.
Sounds like an interesting sandwich. I buy smoked salmon occasionally, but more often smoked trout and smoked whitefish when I can find it. I like good pickled herring too.
