  1. From the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy, I would not expect any deeply reflective opinion pieces on Hillary’s contempt for the law or her irresponsibility. Contempt for the law is what Harvard teaches, that’s where all these corrupt leftists get their initial training.

  2. Despite all the anticipation, I have my doubts she will be in any actual legal jeopardy. No jail, no fine. I grant that Obama may stab her in the back politically, but the Nomenklatura do not do justice.

The lack of commentary reflects acknowledgement of that and her position.

I have referred to it as Schoedigger’s Legal System. Statutes are there on the books. Maybe. If the law book is opened in reference to a member of the Bipartisan Governing Party or their rent seekers, the pages are blank and there is no restriction on their conduct. If it is opened by someone not a member of the Nomenklatura, the pages are filled with bans, compulsions, and penalties with no rights involved. Also known as Quantum Jurisprudence.

That seems to be true, doesn’t it? Laws are for the little people. It’s a sorry comment on our society, isn’t it? Brilliant comment, Subotai.

  4. We should keep in mind that while Obama is a fanboy of Alinsky, Hillary actually may have worked for the beast. He was still tokin’ and strokin’ in Diamond Head while she was TCB in Arkansas. She’s been in the game a long, long time. She starts talking, the aftershocks would be felt world wide. I’m still puzzled as to how it will be settled, but I doubt she suffers little, if any discomfort.

  5. We bought our first house from someone who went to high school with Hillary. They recounted stories of how she was head of the Young Republicans back then and a Goldwater Girl. Then she headed out east for college and went all Che Guevara on everyone.
