OK. I’ve never seen one of these before so I’ll need more info on this one. What is this made of and does it taste as good as it looks?

Jeff The Bobcat – Wikipedia is your friend and mine. There’s a reason I still fix up pages over there. A three pupusa lunch means:
1. This is a salvadoran place
2. It’s a very big meal (~1200 calories)
Ingredients apparently vary widely depending on where the cook came from and how americanized the dish’s become.

2. It tastes great. Fillings vary, this one was cheese and beans.

Nice tortilla, if that’s what it is. I make em’ extra thick like that and that’s what I’m gonna do now. That looks delicious.
I buy my Masa-Harina in 25lb bags these days and store it in whey containers.
