Looks like a nice piece of fish with fried ripe, yellow, plantings.
Or as we call it here, lunch or dinner.
The Plantains are call effects Amarillo when cooked like this.
Fried green plantains are tostones. Both are delicious.
Needs a side of rice and beans to be complete.
